As we now prepare for sponsoring the November 19th Thanksgiving Rally and the December 17th Toy Give-way Rally, we need your help. 

Please consider making a tax deductible donation of $50.00 which will help purchase a turkey dinner with all of the trimmings for a family of four for this Thanksgiving. 

Below are exerts and Pictures from last year's Rallies. We are asking our FRIENDS  to start thinking about ways that you would like to partner with us in obtaining resources for the increased number of inner-city families who attend our rallies throughout the year.  Below are suggested ways that we need you to consider partnering with us to meet the needs of the increased number of KIDZ and FAMILIES that we serve.

Rally # 1  Prayer and Reflection Rally Set time aside to come pray for us. Prayer request forms are available for people wanting prayer.

Rally # 2  Community Health, Fitness,Safety Walk/Run, at this rally,we will sponsor our  First Community walk-run  Get -fit rally.  Register to participate in the run/walk-a-thon.

 

Rally # 3  Melissa B. Perkins Scholarship Awards, our goal is to provide Scholarships to a minum of 10 high school students graduating from high school to go to college,last year we awarded 7 graduates scholarships.-- Please help us reach our goal by making a donation to our Scholarship fund.

Rally # 4  Back to School Rally, our goal is to provide Back-packs filled with School Supplies to 1000 inner-city KIDZ and Youth. Please help us purchase backpacks with school supplies for the KIDZ. Below is a picture of Chaplain Charles Davis from the Department of Human Services speaking to the KIDZ at last year's  Back to School Rally.  We gave away 900 Backpacks at the Rally.

Rally # 5  Thanksgiving Rally - we need your help providing 1000 families with Thanksgiving Baskets. Below you see Asst. Chief Groomes and Commander Melvin Scott from the Metropolitan Police Department presenting to Mother Withers the first of 700 Baskets disbursed at last year's Thanksgiving Rally.



Rally # 6   Toy Give-away Rally - we need your help providing10 Bikes and toys for 4000 KIDZ and TEENS. Our goal is to increase this number next year to allow giving "An EXTRA Toy to KIDZ who are not in GANGS and who are not being suspended from School"  We need your help, please plan to adopt a child/youth, so that we can STOP the Bullying that is going on in schools.
